SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to get processed, made, and packaged. This does not include weekends.
Once the package is out of my hands and dropped off, it is out of my control. This includes, lost packages and stolen packages, unless communicated.
When placing an order, please make sure your address is imputed correctly. If an apartment, please include apt # . This prevents delays, returned, and lost packages.
What days do orders get shipped out ?
Orders are shipped out on Tuesday’s & Fridays. Keep a look out for emails.
Will I get notified when my package is shipped & delivered ?
Yes! all packages come with tracking, except envelope packages. This includes ONLY stickers, card/car decal orders, shipped w/ a stamp ! you will be receiving an email for tracking excluding envelope packages.
How do I check my order status ?
All order updates should be within your email ! you will receive an order confirmation, tracking number, and once it has been delivered.
How long does shipping take & why hasn’t it been updated ?
shipping takes 3-5 days to be delivered once it has been shipped, please allow 1-2 days for it to be updated on the tracking website, once you have received your tracking number.
Refund Policy
If you find an item damaged or broken, please email me and we will find a solution. Refunds may take days to be issued.
We have 30-day return policy, where you may return the item within those 30 days after you have received your item(s) to request a return.
What if my order has not arrived after the 3-5 week mark ?

Can I cancel my order once it’s on the way ?
no. you may not cancel your order once it’s in transit, or request a refund. please refer to the Refund Policy.
